At InkFrame (“we”, “us”, “our”), we want you to be fully satisfied with your shopping experience. This policy explains how we handle shipping, returns, exchanges, and refunds for all purchases made on our website.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

We offer delivery within France and internationally. Shipping times may vary depending on destination and local postal services.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time: 5 to 10 business days. Delays may occur due to customs processing or carrier issues beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped. You can use it to monitor the delivery progress.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return, exchange, or refund under the conditions below.
Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. You must contact our support before sending any return: sales@inkframeshop.com or via our Contact page. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted. We assess all return requests case by case. If the product could not reasonably have been damaged during transport or if signs of use are present, the return may be refused.
Return Shipping Costs
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer an exchange or full refund. For all other returns (e.g. change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
If the item is eligible for an exchange, we will ship the replacement after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time: 5 to 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Non-Returnable Items
We reserve the right to decline returns if items show signs of use, damage, or misuse not caused during shipping or before.
