Welcome to InkFrame (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website [www.inkframeshop.com] (the “Site”) and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Products

We sell phone cases only. All products are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, minor variations in color or appearance may occur.

Orders & Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (€), inclusive or exclusive of VAT as stated. Payment is required immediately upon checkout. Accepted payment methods: Credit and Debit Cards (via secure payment gateway). Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

Expédition et livraison

We offer international shipping. Estimated delivery time: 5 to 10 business days depending on destination. Tracking information will be provided when available. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery, in compliance with French consumer law. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer an exchange or full refund. For all other returns (change of mind, wrong size/model chosen), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; you must follow the return procedure.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for: Delays or losses caused by shipping carriers Customs issues or import taxes Damage due to misuse or improper handling of products Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product.

Intellectual Property

All images, logos, and content on this website are the property of InkFrame. Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Accounts

Users may create an account to manage their orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities under your account.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of French courts.
