The case uses NFC technology to transfer data from your smartphone and display it on the e-ink screen. It needs no battery or cable of its own, ever. 

Yes, you’ll need our companion app (available on iOS and Android). Through the app, you can upload images, text, or designs, which are then transferred via NFC to the e-ink display.

Our cases are model-specific. Please check the product page to ensure compatibility with your phone model before ordering.

The case is designed with shock-absorbing materials to protect your phone from everyday drops and scratches, while the e-ink display is built to resist cracks and wear.

The display retains the last uploaded image indefinitely. It only changes when you update it via NFC.

We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

Shipping usually takes in average between 7 to 10 business days. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. 

You can request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your case, provided it is in unused condition and returned with original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate the process.

Wipe the case gently with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as these could damage the e-ink screen or protective surface.
